Kids Krav Maga
For students ages 6 - 11 years old, this course is a complete Krav Maga program tailored to those that are younger. Learn useful, life saving techniques while having a ton of fun!
Classes are Monday - Thursday from 5:00pm - 5:45pm and Saturday from 9:30am - 10:15am

Crucible Fit is a cross between HIIT training and Krav Striking. We combine fight related training (mitt work, shield striking, light sparring, etc) with muscular cardio work (slam ball, battling ropes, kettlebell swings, etc) and bodyweight movements (pushups, pull-ups, jump squats, etc). The effect is high energy workout where we practice good technical work, hav fun and burn calories.
Daily classes are from 7:00pm - 7:30pm
Adult Krav Maga Striking
In this class we focus on Fundamental Striking (Level 1) and Advanced Striking (Level 2). Striking and fighting are the foundation of Krav Maga and this class is specifically designed to hone your striking skills!
We have daily instructor led Adult Krav Maga Striking classes from 7:30pm - 8:00pm Monday - Thursday.
Adult All Levels Krav Maga
Our Adult All Levels Krav Maga program allows for all students to learn Krav Maga in a more natural and logical fashion. The Krav Maga technique ranking system is designed from most likely-to-least likely to happen to you, not easy to hard, so an all levels program only makes sense.
We have daily instructor led all levels Krav Maga classes from 8:00pm - 9:00pm during the week Monday - Thursday and Saturday morning from 10:30am - 12:00noon.

We have daily instructor led all levels Kettlebell classes from 6:30pm - 7:30pm during the week Monday - Thursday and Saturday morning from 9:30am - 10:30am.

Open gym is every Friday night from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. This is an open training opportunity where students can work on techniques, spar, ask coaches questions and workout.
